- Description: Offering in-person support groups, computer lab, activities, and one-on-one peer listening. Support groups and activities may vary or change on a monthly basis, but typically include: anxiety support, bipolar support, depression support, 12-step and recovery, healthy living, healthy relationships, meditation, resilience and positivity, schizophrenia support, and self-care. Select groups are closed. Closed groups are generally short-term classes that build fundamental skills. Individuals can only join closed groups within the first week or two that they begin. After that time, no new members are able to join.

- Hours: The Iversen Wellness and Recovery Center is open M-F: 9am-4pm. The Computer Lab is available M-Th: 10:30am-1pm The meeting times of each support group and the types of groups offered may vary or change on a monthly basis.
